This Privacy Policy describes how Elementary Network Solutions Private Limited (“ENS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), registered at 68, 2nd Floor, Sector-15, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122001, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit learn.elementarynetworksolutions.com (the “Platform”) or enrol in our courses.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

• Account registration: first name, last name, email address, and password when you create a student account.
• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, and message content when you submit an enquiry.
• Enrollment: course selection and billing details required to process your payment. Card and bank details are processed entirely by our payment partner, PayU India, and are never stored on our servers.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address, collected via server logs and cookies.
• Cookies: session cookies (required for login), preference cookies, and analytics cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; this may affect some site functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your student account.
• Deliver course access, session recordings, and certificates.
• Process payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• Respond to enquiries and provide student support.
• Send course-related communications (batch schedules, session reminders, updates).

• PayU India — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by PayU’s privacy policy.
• Bunny.net — video hosting and delivery for course recordings.
• Hostinger — web hosting infrastructure on which the Platform operates.
• Legal requirement — if required by a court order, government authority, or applicable law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a period of three (3) years after account closure or last interaction, whichever is later, to comply with tax and legal obligations. Contact form enquiries are retained for twelve (12) months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. While we take all reasonable precautions, no transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
